# (2)GTEC-ELEARN退費規定

* 供應商須在課程/商品上架時，供應商須自行於本網站詳細列明退費規定。
* 顧客向供應商申請退費時，供應商須自行與顧客確認退費流程、細節及金額後，透過供應商系統申請通知甲方進行退費，甲方並於供應商後台取消該筆訂單。若供應商已申請提領佣金，則將於下筆佣金提領金額中扣除。
* 顧客請求退費時，若顧客請求依消費者保護法等相關法令，GTEC將依法退費並取消該筆訂單之佣金。
